One of the activities of “Bulgarian Property Investment” Co. Ltd is the renovation of old rural houses. For this purpose we select and buy properties, offered on the market, which are considered by us to have the greatest potential for development and renovation; as well as best proportion between size and quality, on one hand and the price of the property on the other. The entire process of renovation usually takes about three months. After the renovation is complete, the property is placed on the market. One of the most important factors in the renovation process is the guarantee of the quality of selected materials and workmanship for each project. All the works are performed by our well qualified and skilled employees. This ensures the required reliability and safety of the building process, as well as compliance with all norms and structural specifications. In confirmation of the above, our clients can follow the progress of renovation under the menu “Project history” of the respective property. In some of our projects the houses are deliberately not finished with floor and wall tiles, lamination, WC and bathroom fixtures.
