It is a nice two floors old style real estate  made of bricks and sun-dried bricks built on a plot of land of 1 330 sq m. There are two levels of the yard and from the upper one there is a nice view to the South. There are two entrances to the yard, one of which has big wooden gates in Old Bulgarian style. In front of the real estate there are barn (7m X 3.5m), shelter (6m X 3.5m) and summer kitchen (3m X 3m) with walkway.

On the ground floor there are two rooms – Living room (4m X 4m) and kitchen (3.5m X 3.5m), as well as a basement (4m X 4m).

The second floor is accessible from the backside of the real estate, through a wooden staircase. There are situated three bedrooms – 3m X 5m, 4m X 5m, 3m X 3m and a nice verandah (2.5m X 2m) with beautiful view over the hills.

There is a possibility an internal staircase to be built from the basement to the verandah or one of the bedrooms. All the floors are covered with earth; the ceilings are made of water reeds and clay on wooden beams.

The real estate is supplied with running water and electricity. There is only one sink in the summer kitchen.

The village is situated about 30 km South of Shumen, 90 km from the International airport of Varna and 60 km from the beaches of Shkorpilovci. The region is ecologically clean, with river, waterfall and 3 fishing lakes nearby. In the village there are 2 nonstop (24 h) working food shops, post office, medical center and a small hotel as well.
