Ground floor
There are two entrances to the property– one to the upper level, where the bathroom and the bedrooms are situated and one to the ground level, where the living room and the kitchen are situated. The upper entrance leads to an entrance hall (2.5m x 2.5m), in front of which there is a bathroom and toilet (2.5m x 2.5m). Left and right from the entrance hall there are two bedrooms (4m x 4m each).
From the second entrance you can enter in the living room, which has a kitchen box. In front of the second entrance there is a shed, which can be converted into an entrance hall. There is an internal staircase, which leads from the living room to the bedrooms.
Basement
An external staircase leads down to the basement, which has been converted into a tavern in old traditional Bulgarian style. The walls are made of stone and the ceiling is of wooden beams. There is a fireplace there, where a central heating system for the entire house can be made. In front of the Tavern, there is a newly built shed (wood).
Outbuildings
In front of the house and adjacent to it there is additional toilet (2m x 2m) and shower room, which is ideal for use after or during the work in the garden. This compartment is convenient for use from the tavern and the living room as well.
The garden and the yard
The plot is 620 sq m big and at the front of the property there is a garden. The fence to the street is a massive stone-made wall with tiles on top of it and together with the nice wooden gates in old Bulgarian style provide privacy and unique spirit to the property.
Extras
The foundations of the house are made of stone and the walls are from 70 to 50 cm tick. All the floors are covered by concrete and the ceilings are made of wooden beams. The entire construction of the property has been renewed. The roof is a brand new one, as well as the electricity and water networks. There is a large garage (5m x 6m) next to the house with a canal inside. A staircase leads to the top of the garage, which is ideal for additional room or verandah.
Location
The property is located in the village of Tutrakanci, situated at the foot of the mountain, 52 km West of Varna. The road to the village is in a very good condition and the main highway to Varna is nearby. Just 4 km away there is the town of Provadia, with all facilities available. In the village there are three shops and a pub. Nearby there are three artificial lakes, which provide excellent fishing opportunities. If you are a hunter, you can visit the local forest as well.
