This solid two storey brick and stone house near Provadia in Varna has been very nicely renovated.

It is situated in a small rural village called cherkova , which is only 13km from the nearest town of Provadia and 60km from Varna and the airport. The village has shops, cafeterias, medical centre and post office. Provadia is far more developed with every amenity you should need including traditional Bulgarian restaurants, banks and chemists.

For people who like the rural way of life, cherkova is well situated within open countryside, wooded areas and lakes.

The house has been renovated to allow the purchaser to finish the works in the style and colours preferred. All the new owner needs to do is decide the colours to paint (the house has open stone work or has been painted in white) and the floor tiles to place. The kitchen and bathroom has been left with all the necessary electrical conections, all the client needs to do is decide which bathroom suite or kitchen units they prefer. Finishings are not included in the price, an economical quote can be offered for all finishing work required by the new owner.

New electrical wiring and water pipes have been connected throughout the house and concrete floors both upstairs and downstairs have been laid.

A new part wooden and solid stone staircase has been built inside the house. The outside staircase as seen in the photos has been maintained. The first floor brick work has been carefully rendered and painted in white. The stone work to the North wall remains open to view. At the side of the house a new tavern has been constructed and measures 20m2 with an open view to the garden. Access from the rear has been made through one of the outhouses on the grounds.

A new septik tank has also been constructed and fully covered a short distance from the house.

The layout of the house is as follows;
On the ground floor there is an ample kitchen and living room. On the first floor a small corridor with the entry of the newly constructed staircase and 2 large bedrooms.

The garden is approximately 1 700m2 land and has a few outbuildings, one has been turned into a simple tavern where you can enjoy your barbicue, another has had an entrance from the rear road built into it. The other can be made into a garage for example.

The house is located on the outskirts of the village with a great country view.
