„Bulgarian Property Investment Company” LTD is set up to deliver a variety of
services in respect to real estate within Bulgaria. Presently the Company
specializes in the following geographic regions: Varna, Dobrich and Shumen. We
will look after your property on your behalf. Our services include:
* payment of current electricity, water, telephone, Internet, etc. bills;
* accounting of your registered company;
* submission of all declarations and documents as required by law;
* declaring the acquired properties at the respective municipality and tax
offices;
* monitoring and payment of the annual fees and taxes for Your property;
* insurance of the property and personal belongings;
* legal services and consultancy of any nature; care for Your pets while You
are away,
* garden maintenance etc.
